This Privacy Policy explains how Armkee Digital LLC (“Armkee Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Duos mobile application and this Duos website (together, the “Services”).
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your email address, display name, avatar, support messages, and account information. When you play, we may store match results, gameplay history, saved-game state, leaderboard information, preferences, and subscription status.
We may also collect limited technical and usage information such as app version, device type, operating-system version, crash information, and interactions with the Services. Duos does not collect your personal contacts, precise location, or biometric information.
2. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, synchronize, and improve Duos.
- Create and secure accounts and multiplayer sessions.
- Preserve match history and calculate leaderboard results.
- Process support requests and communicate important service information.
- Understand performance, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse.
3. Service providers
We use service providers to operate Duos, including Supabase for authentication, databases, and synchronized gameplay; Apple for Sign in with Apple and App Store transactions; and hosting and analytics providers for this website. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
4. Purchases
App purchases and subscriptions are processed by the applicable app store. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details. We may receive transaction identifiers and subscription status needed to provide purchased features.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers working on our behalf, when required by law, to protect users and the Services, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You can update supported profile information in Duos, control certain analytics preferences in the app, and request account deletion through the app or by contacting us. Account deletion may be subject to limited retention required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
9. International processing
Armkee Digital operates in the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

We may update this policy as Duos evolves. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated in the app.
